This hotel offers great value for money with comfortable, big and clean rooms. The location near supermarkets, restaurants, and the Impact Arena adds to its convenience.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The location was perfect for my needs as it was only a short distance from the Impact Event Centre. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including a food market where I found delicious local dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel was quite hard to find, but once we got there, we were impressed by the food market nearby, where we could experience the local cuisine. the location was also convenient since we were able to find a laundromat and a convenience store close by. the room was spacious, well-ventilated, with comfortable mattresses and clean bathrooms.

The apartment we rented had a variety of sleeping options, including a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed. It also came equipped with a large flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave. We loved the convenience of having a 7-11 store right across the street for supplies. the laundromat downstairs and numerous small restaurants nearby made our stay comfortable and worry-free.

The apartment was congested and far from the check-in office, causing a long check-in process. , the lack of English-speaking staff made it difficult to communicate.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the good AC and the variety of hotel facilities, including a supermarket and several restaurants surrounding the hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was close to a food market and a transportation hub. The hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. From the cute mother-daughter duo who personally showed us to our room and gave us free snacks, to the brand new microwave they provided upon request, they definitely went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of small local businesses and food stalls nearby where we could experience authentic local cuisine at affordable prices.
